Wool Sea Sponge: Harvested off the coast of Tarpon Springs, Florida, these sponges are still harvested by immigrant Greek families and have been since the early 1900s. Soft yet mildly exfoliating, these are the bigger of our two sizes and are suitable for everyone from adults to babies. Once wet, they turn into a soft and supple sea sponge that holds a wonderful lather.
How to care for your sponge: Wet sponge and lightly rub onto bar of soap. Gently work up a lather and use as desired. To clean, rinse and squeeze out water being careful not to ring or tear sponge. Being that they are naturally anti-microbial, these sponges can last for months or years to come, saving you and the planet from unnecessary plastic loofahs.
